Candy Crush Saga

I used to play Candy Crush Saga back in 2015. I completed 284 levels but never attempted to save them. My siblings used to set time to next in order to get more lives. Then the time goes thousands of hours ahead.

I took a break from Candy Crush Saga. Then I returned to the arena in 2022. Although I wasn’t as consistent as I used to be, I was always able to complete 20+ levels in a row. I had just passed 4000 levels when I became stuck at 4204 on May 28, 2023 due to a frog. The dilemma is how to smash it, otherwise I couldn’t complete the level.

_

I enlist the assistance of fellow blogger Abeeha Abdul Rehman, who occasionally enjoys playing Candy Crush. But she also has no idea. However, she and Saman Saeed advised me to keep playing so that frog would go away on its own. Fortunately, it smashed in two days, but I had no idea how.

I got stuck again yesterday because of a same frog. This time, I’m not going to let it go. By clicking every now and then, I try to learn how to smash it. After eliminating the first, I had a hunch that I confirmed by the elimination of the second. My mind is now clear enough to explain this process.

_

To begin, treat it like a regular candy by combining it with other candies of the same colour. Once it radiates or blinks, click the frog and drag it strategically onto hard-to-crush candies. Finally, it will blow up, smashing the candies. If there are still frogs left, repeat the steps as I had five frogs to smash.

You can hover over it and drag it to another part of the board you want to clear. It will generate a wave and transport the candies around the specified area. Following this, the Candy Frog shrinks and changes colour. Combining the frog with special candies is a good idea. To make it grow faster, drop a colour bomb on the same colour candies.

Now I’m on level 5012. Say wow 😁

Which level are you currently on?

How did you smash the frog by the way?
