منظرنامہ میں جڑے ہوئے دو گھر
پہلا حصہ
یہ جاتی گرمیوں کی ایک ڈھلتی شام تھی۔ موسم کچھ کچھ خنک ہو چلا تھا۔ فہمی برآمدے کی بیرونی سیڑھیوں پر اپنی سوچوں میں غلطاں تھی۔ نیلا لباس اس کی گوری رنگت پہ چھب دکھا رہا تھا۔ سبک نقش میں بلا کی جاذبیت، ملاحت اور نرمی تھی۔ اچانک کوئی دھپ سے اس کے قریب آن گرا۔ وہ اپنے دھیان میں تھی، سو بری طرح اچھل گئی۔ دھک دھک کرتے دل پر ہاتھ رکھ کر نووارد کو گھورنے کی کوشش کی۔ وہ مینا تھی۔

فہمی نے ناگواری سے ناک چڑھا کر کہا۔
تم انسانوں کی طرح آ نہیں بیٹھ سکتی تھیں۔
مینا قدرے تنک مزاج تھی۔
میں پھر بھی آرام سے بیٹھی ہوں، فریا آتی نا تو پورے محلے میں ہاہاکار مچ جانا تھی۔
فریا تو فریا تھی۔ اس نابغۂ روزگار ہستی پر سیر حاصل گفتگو ہو سکتی تھی۔ مگر فہمی اس وقت بحث کرنے پر تیار نہیں تھی۔ اس لیے رخ پھیرتے ہوئے استفسار کیا۔
کوئی کام تھا تمہیں؟
کیوں میں کام کے بناء نہیں آ سکتی۔
مینا نے اٹھلا کر پوچھا۔
دراصل جب تمہیں کام ہو تو تم دیوار پھلانگ کر آتی ہو۔ ورنہ دروازہ استعمال کرتی ہو۔
مینا یہ کھلا سچ برداشت نہ کر سکی۔ وہ تنتناتے ہوئے اٹھ کھڑی ہوئی اور فہمی کو خشم ناک نظروں سے گھورا۔
تم انتہائی بدتمیز اور بدلحاظ لڑکی ہو۔
لیکن تم سے کم۔
فہمی نے اسے چڑایا۔
مینا دے آں فاں کرتی باہر کی جانب لپکی اور دروازہ ایک جھٹکے سے کھولا۔ لیکن ذرا کی ذرا واپس پلٹی۔
سنو، تمہارا بنفشی جوڑا مل سکتا ہے؟
لجاجت سے عرضی ڈالی گئی تھی۔ فہمی کے ہونٹوں پر بے اختیار مسکراہٹ مچل گئی۔
ہاں ہاں، ضرور مل سکتا ہے۔
وہ میں نے رینا کی شادی میں پہننا ہے نا۔
مجھے کوئی اعتراض نہیں ہے۔
فہمی کی مسکراہٹ گہری ہوتے دیکھ کر مینا خجل ہوئی۔
مرو تم۔
ہاتھ سے فٹے منھ کا اشارہ کرتی وہ غڑاپ سے باہر تھی۔ فہمی نے حفظِ ماتقدم کے طور پر کانوں پر ہاتھ رکھ لیے۔ حسبِ توقع دروازہ زوردار دھماکے سے بند ہوا۔ ساتھ ہی فہمی کے حلق سے فلک شگاف قہقہہ آزاد ہوا تھا۔

یہ کہانی تقریباً اسی شد و مد سے روزانہ دہرائی جاتی تھی۔ گھر والے اس دھما چوکڑی کے اس قدر عادی ہو چکے تھے کہ کسی نے بھی باہر نکل کر جھانکنے کی زحمت گوارا نہ کی۔
فہمی اور مینا کے پل میں تولہ پل میں ماشہ تعلق سے محلے والے بھی کماحقہ واقف تھے۔ یہ لوگ اخلاص، محبت، رواداری اور یگانگت کے رشتوں کی ڈور میں بندھے تھے۔ سب لڑکیاں اکثر و بیشتر اکٹھ کر لیتی تھیں۔ ان کی سرگرمیوں پر کوئی اعتراض نہیں اٹھاتا تھا۔
